Our story
New Road Blues Company deliver classic rock and blues with grit, groove and soul, drawing on the raw spirit of the classic bands that have inspired us for decades.
With driving rhythms, expressive guitar work, soaring vocals and a love of timeless songs, we aim to bring authentic, high-energy performances that honour the genre while keeping these classics alive and kicking.
We have an established setlist of over 60+ total classics from such varied artists from Free, Bowie, Bolan, Quo, Stones, Thin Lizzy, Beatles as well as BB King, Chuck Berry, ZZ top to Van Halen along with a few surprise covers all selected to take the roof off!
Our history
From modest beginnings, just four friends who drunkenly decided to get together with the intention of playing a few songs at a birthday party. We had no intention of forming a band, but the chemistry and vibe was there from the start, plus we were having so much fun.
Now 4 years later and now on our fourth (best and last!) singer we've grown into a great live band, entertaining punters across the midlands and beyond gaining plaudits and rave reviews.
We're passionate about what we do, and we're excited to share our story with you.
